Main activities on g-judo
The following international contests concern ONLY mentally disabled
people (no physically disabled) affected by Down Sindrome or mentally retarded,
female and male, aged between 15 and 40 years.
We ask coaches to be responsible and not to enroll psychic, we hope to improve
our structure in this direction with the outcome of the Memorial Claude Combe
Congress.
On Sunday April 24th, 2005 in the afternoon, AISE organizes
a contest within the congress Memorial Claude Combe (23/24/25 April) at the
presence of foreign guests: Swiss, British, officials of the Union Europeenne
de Judo, the chairman of the French Federeration of Disabled (with which we
would like to draw up and agreement of activies); and with national guests:
representatives of the Ministry and representatives of Sport agencies.

On Saturday May 28, 2005 it will take place the the International
contest Corona Ferrea organized by Ronin Monza for mainstream and g-judo athletes.

Categories details:
- demonstrative categories: the 1st category where athletes
have no sense of opposition and 2nd category where athlets
have the sense of opposition.
- contest categories: the 3rd category where athletes are able
to execute a determinated and direct attack and the 4th category
where athlets are able to use a strategy of combined actions.
- the 5th category, where athletes are able to fight in integrated
contests, will fight in poules with mainstream athletes. They will be given
either a grade, weight or age handicap.
Contests within categories will take place in poules of similar weigh. Women
will have a weight handicap of 12%.
At the end of the event, winner of each poule will be called for an applause
and everyone attending will be awarded a prize.
We already have classification of athlets who have already participated in
our contests.
For new participants, we will classify them in accordance with their coaches,
one hour before the events start. This means at 2pm at the same time as weight
check.
Both events will start at 3pm.
Arrivals: between 11am and 1pm, with the possibility to book a snack for lunch.

- category of activity (as described above)
- female/male
- insurance details (if any you can agree with AISE secretary to issue the insurance
at the cost of 5 Euro)
- number of attendees
